“Love the food. But the past 2 times I've come I've gotten bad service and something goes wrong. Tonight, I found plastic in my pasta, I bit into it and hurt my tooth. The manager did not once come over to check on us or apologize. I got a couple bucks off my pasta. Last time, the waitress spilt ice water all over my husband, his food, and the table, and all she did was threw napkins down and walked away. The manager was passing by and said "looks like you got a little wet" and laughed. When we told him what happened, he didn't even care. Just brushed it off. We got a coupon for a free appetizer attached to our check. We understand accidents happen. We have both worked as servers before. But when things go wrong they should be handled better and they should at least pretend to care that their customers are upset.”

“Nice clean place. Service seemed a little slow considering they weren't busy. There is a lot of TVs which is typical. I have the new bacon double cheeseburger, it was good accept the bacon was overdone. When I took a bite of just bacon it was burnt. This is usually the case when you have precooked bacon that is left in just a little too long. The boneless wings were great just the right amount of sauce. I will definitely be back!”

“My fiancé and I came here on our way back from our vacation. We had the roll special. For 9.50 each you get two sizable rolls, salad, and soup. It’s an insane deal. The ambiance is nice and the service was very good. For 20$ we are both shocked at how full we are and how yummy it was.”

“Took my daughter out for a late Valentine's dinner. Arrived around 630 pm and was greeted fast and with a smile. No wait time for a booth. Place was a little over half full. The atmosphere was quite and very clean. Loved the fact we could enjoy our dinner together without yelling to one another. Mary our waitress was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu and food. She was on top of keeping our drinks full and making sure if we needed anything else. Our food was perfect and tasted great. ( Sirloin medium rare, prime rib medium ) cooked perfect.”

“We ate for the first time yesterday and it was awesome. We ate there again today and my food was very good. I had a bacon cheeseburger. The rolls are wonderful as was the coleslaw. My daughter, however, was were disappointed. She had the chicken and it may have been old but at any the steak including the breeding was about one-fourth of an inch thick. It was not possible to even see the meat. It was all dried up. Lastly, we seated in a back section behind a door. It appeared that at a certain time everyone just disappeared. We finally did go up and pay our bill but unlink the first experience the only checked in us once and did not offer a glass of tea to go like they did the first time.”

“I enjoy all pizza, but Gionino's is in my top 5!! The crust is perfect blend of thick and crunchy. The sauce is sweet, but not too sweet. Similar to Pizza Hut, but better and less salty. Recently, my husband developed a gluten intolerance and Gioninos was recommended for their gluten free pizza. It was the best pizza my husband ever had!! He has managed two pizza shops and never mind the gluten free, I ordered the works and it was fantastic! He is so thankful he doesn't have to give up pizza and has a delicious alternative now. Competitively priced, quick service and friendly, clean atmosphere, I give G's 5 stars!!”

“The best McDonald's in the morning in this area; fast, friendly, efficient and accurate. This seems to be consistent no matter the day. However, on weekends and afternoons it hasn't been the same. In a recent bad experience (a Saturday afternoon), I discovered that the beverage I ordered - while in the correct container - was cold rather than hot, despite being placed in the container for the hot version of the beverage. This happened after waiting longer than normal in the drive-thru. I went inside for a correction, the girl at the counter took the cup back to have things fixed, but after waiting another 10 minutes with no communication or update from anyone, I just showed them my receipt and got my money back. Lesson learned; I'll only use the drive-thru in the morning from now on.”
