“We have been loyal customers to Los. But we had to know how it compares. Here’s the breakdown. Staff is way friendlier and more attentive. Food came out quickly and hot. Overall tastes more authentic. And the music is good and up to date. The restaurant was clean as well. Salsa was better and chips were done well. Not over cooked. “Really good food, happily taking this change from OMG because rotisserie isn't really sustainable for dining and they do the fried chicken with upscale and unique flavors. A quick glance at the menu made me worried that there weren't many options, but it was plenty of choices and the food was delicious. We each had a sandwich and sides and drinks for right at $20. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We also saw a customer order a salad - something I didn't think would be an entree for the price - and regret not getting one myself. It looked filling and delicious. The only issue was time management with food prep, which is a learning process and takes time to get down. 3 different menu items we tried to order weren't ready and wouldn't be in a reasonable time frame due to how many orders they had currently. The waitress was upfront and polite, and we still had plenty of options. I also saw a lot of reviews regarding the temperature of the food; ours came out hot, not warm, and well cooked on everything. Pros: Flavor and option variety Price Customer service Cons: They didn't have banana pudding currently available and it was a struggle to accept this without being hysterical. Overall, I'll be back and recommend this to anyone looking for a light lunch or a family dinner.”

“Takeout is the best way to go. It's fresh and good. The buffet on the other hand is not as good. Often, the food sits to long and is old, dry, and not so good. They are pretty good about making anything that's not fresh and putting it out. It's never ever busy so I wonder how they stay in business. They also don't clear previous customers tables so often, you'l have to find a table that's cleared and clean. The restroom is not the best either. But when it's working, it'll do. Not bad food at all... just best of you order to go and avoid their buffet. Buffet however, is cheap!”

My only gripe is they don't have larger sizes for a full family to share together especially for the price you're paying for a 10 inch pizza. If they did I'd probably come here more often as the pizza itself is very good. I'd recommend coming to try it at least once or twice but it's not a place you'll want to throw coin on for family night every Friday or eat at frequently. It's good for a first time experience though.”

“Carl's is a favorite amongst the locals. The atmosphere is always friendly. Prices on food and beverages are reasonable. Lunch time is a madhouse so parking is pretty limited. You may have to walk half a block for food but it's worth it for sure!”
