“Easily the best meatball sub from a franchise sub shop. Meatballs are flavorful, bread is always fresh, and the sauce is a perfect compliment (it doesn't overwhelm the meatball.) “Really love a new, unique business. Crepe Break offers both sweet and savory breakfast and meal crepes. We loved the Coffee Toffee crepe. Little Heath Bar crunchy bits added texture and flavor. The coffee taste was pretty subtle but this was a great crepe. Our savory choice was Buffalo Chicken. The blue cheese is pretty strong. I really liked it but my husband thought it was a little too much. The menu boards are a bit hard to read and up a little too high. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely going back.”

“Out of town on business and I didn’t feel like going far from my hotel. Well wouldn’t you know it, this place is attached to the hotel.... a “No Brainer for me!” I walked in just as they were opening so I pretty much had the place all to myself. I ordered a “Cold One” Michelob Ultra” and browsed the menu. I wanted a salad but was tempted to get a steak. With my mom’s (my angel) birthday just passing and it being May when we celebrate Mother’s Day, I normally eat a Rib Eye in tradition of our outings we used to have before she went home! Now I know you didn’t come here to read about my personal issues so I’ll get on with the review. The bartender (I forget her name) was so pleasant. Even with her trying to get the bar ready she was very attentive and engaging. I ordered the Classic Wedge Salad. It is your basic iceberg wedge topped with tomato, bacon blue cheese crumbles and this balsamic glaze. It also comes with blue cheese dressing but I personally left that off and just ate the salad as is with the balsamic glaze. Now I don’t know if I can put it into words but the acidity of the balsamic glaze and the taste of blue cheese mixed together was shocking to the palate. While a strange taste at first, it certainly was scrumptious. My entree was just the 16oz Ribeye. Now there was nothing spectacular about the way it was prepared but boy was it “Magically Delicious!” Sometimes it’s the simple things that taste best. It wasn’t over seasoned no trying to get too creative, just a good ole down home cooked ribeye. I finished off my meal while chatting it up with the bartender. If I’m ever in Canton again, I certainly will stop by and try the braised short ribs or the chicken and Waffles. If you are ever in Canton. Stop by and try them out. If you do, tell em Drew sent ya! “The right place for comfort food! It's been awhile since we have been here but it was a wise decision. Had the 8 oz. Sirloin with the salad bar. Steak was cook right, though the steak had little marbling. It still was great! This must be the only place left that has a actual salad bar. The choices are well thought out and the extras are well done to. Staff was very well mannered and always there when you needed them. Time for the food to be served was actually very decent compared to other restaurants. My kids loved the food as well. Enjoy!”

“Let me start off by saying, I love chicken. Well, I sort of love chicken. To be quite frank I actually am interested in going vegan although that won’t impact my review. Raising Canes is full of action as in, its busy. Very busy. There’s times you go in and it’s you, the weird guy sitting in the big table in the corner by himself, and a couple. Other times you’ll wait 6 minutes just to place an order. The food is worth it, you can add extra Canes Sauce if you desire or an extra chicken finger. This is what makes Canes so special; the chicken and sauce make up their menu, if you don’t like either you won’t like this place! The chicken has a crunchy taste, is watery inside and is overall good. The Texas Toast has a golden slightly crunchy texture and tastes slightly salty. The fries are decent nothing special. The Canes sauce is the real deal and tastes very good. Their ice is good too, this isn’t satire they literally have small ice balls, much better than cubed. The fingers used to be bigger and I fear they will keep getting smaller. I notice they have been! You will not staff the RAF on my poultry confection!!”

“My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time. I got the grilled salmon, which was perfectly cooked, with green beans and coleslaw as sides. The portions sizes were great. Especially the coleslaw, which was larger than I expected. My only complaint is that the green beans were not cooked as well as I like. In fact they were nearly raw. My wife got the fish tacos which were excellent. She chose the garlic mashed potatoes for her side which were also very good. We had water with lemon as our only beverage and felt slighted that it served in very small glasses and small carafe for refills. I get that a significant amount of the profit of restaurants today is derived through the beverage offerings, but I don't think it wise to ever make the customer feel out of place for their choices. Our waitress was very attentive and atmosphere was quiet, conducive to private conversation. The decor was brighter than I expected, but still warm and inviting. The manager stopped by to ask how things were going which is always a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience.”

“I am some what of a pizza connoisseur, and I've never had a better tasting pizza in my entire life. I cannot believe that I have never tried this pizza before. I've literally tried every pizza made in Stark County and this beats them all! I ordered a small pepperoni pizza to try it for myself, and when I was handed the pizza in the drive through, if felt like I was handed a brick. I was like, "holy hell, this pizza is heavy!" I'm a bigger guy and can eat a lot of pizza, and small pizza has 9 slices... I ate 5 and I had to throw in the towel. Absolutely amazing. Full and had leftovers on a small pizza! I will most definitely be back! Thank you for such an amazing pizza!!! Highly recommended!!!!”

“Absolutely outstanding service! We were greeted by a lovely host who was very friendly and welcoming! The food was outstanding and our waitress was equally as friendly. When my friend received her burger, it was unfortunately undercooked. BUT, as soon as she could point this out, our waitress IMMEDIATELY apologized and brought out a new burger in less than 10 minutes. The manager of the establishment soon came out and apologized personally and gave us a free dessert as an apology. “Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It is slightly more expensive than the typical Dressler Road fare, but the food is far from typical. Truly authentic Spanish foods. For a great gathering, go get Paella for the group. Yum. We had the cured meats and cheese appetizer, grilled flounder, paella and lobster bisque, sharing it all like a good European family dinner. “Very disappointed. We really liked the initial atmosphere of the restaurant, it has a nice romantic feel. We were seated right away but were not waited on for close to 10 minutes. We almost left. The menu is very limited. When we ordered we asked for salads, we were not asked what kind of dressing we wanted or asked how we wanted our steak cooked. The salad was very good once it had enough dressing, it was barely a drizzle. The steaks were hard to cut and to chew and the veggies were cold. The manager took care of it but, we are not sure whether we will go back.”
