“Ordered a bunch of Pizzas for my daughters birthday party. The owner, Trevor, patiently helped me out with all my questions and even had a delivery driver willing to go a little out of their normal range to help me out. The pizza? Seriously seriously good!!! Definitely the best around. So much flavor and crunch, it was a hit. Even my grandparents (in their 80's) commented about how good it was! We thought we'd have extra pizza for a week, but the kids demolished it the next day.”

“Haven't been here for over a year because of the bad cheese they started putting on their fries. Went here yesterday with the family and it was absolutely delicious again! Glad to see they brought the cheese back! And the rootbeer floats were also very good. We all left happy and full. If this keeps up it will be one of our regular spots again. A year before: (4 stars): Quiet little place that has decent food and service. Most people go here for the nostalgia though. Neat decorations and oldies music. The pizza burgers are good, as is the chili. Lots of other comfort food is good as well. We love sweet tea but we avoid it here. I wish they would bring back the cheese they had for the fries. The new cheese is not as good and we honestly come here less now because it was one of our favorite menu items. Still one of my favorite places even if we don't make it here as often as we used to.”

“Wonderful place! The road is a bit bumpy pulling in but they restaurant itself is very clean and conviently located. The staff are extremely nice and very welcoming. It's almost like seeing family members. Of the two locations in Alliance, this one is by far my favorite. Inside is well kept, although I only admit to eating in the building twice; however on both occasions the restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were very passable. Would recommend this location to everyone.”

“Good service, good food! Servers kept my coffee and water filled. I have always enjoyed my breakfasts at the Shak. They make over medium eggs perfectly, which is hard to do. The home fries are delicious. I'm not a huge fan of the sausage gravy, but it's just not my taste. The Shak is a smaller place, but you can always find a seat. I enjoy the farmhouse decorating.”

“Subway is always good, and my kiddo loves it. But this location while always clean and tidy is also painfully slow most of the time I go in. And also usually under staffed which contributes to the slowness. Subway is supposed to be fast, this is faster than sit down, but not what I think of as a quick experience especially with kids in tow.”

Sometimes you have to give them a little credit as the online system cant see directly what's going on in the store.
