“Today I went there with my mom, spouse, and our two kids. Our oldest daughter is disabled. She was being vocal and having fun during brunch. A few tables over two women got up to leave and one of them shouted at us “why don’t you shut that kid up. I’m tired of listening to her”. My mom and spouse stepped in but I could only sit in disbelief. As I fought back tears, a few of the staff members went over to speak to her and helped quickly escort her out. When she was gone, they came over and apologized for her behavior. They were so amazing and spoke directly to my children to tell them how awesome they were. They said my daughter was not an issue and that we were free to stay as long as we liked. I have been out in a lot of situations where I receive negative comments and looks due to my child and her disabilities. However, I have never had such an amazing bunch of staff and patrons to stand beside me in those situations. I will never forget the experience I had today.”

“Great service and fast. I usually get two buffalo chicken sliders and mozzarella sticks. The last time I wanted to try the dreamsicle shake, but having no stomach I can't finish even a small. They recommended the $1.00 size, which was perfect. Another tip is they have 4 mozzarella sticks for $2.99, but you can get a two-piece for $1.00. This means 4 for $2.00! Love this place.”

“If like being treated like you're a king or queen then this is your place! I was taken back by how helpful and attuned the staff was making our visit there special. It's not very often that you get to see smiles on the entire staff at all times while taking care of customers! The food is excellent as is the venue! My family came on a slow Sunday where there were only five or so other parties, but it still took about 45+ minutes from when we ordered til when our food arrived. “Love this place. Been there for both breakfast and dinner. Amber was absolutely wonderful the one morning we had her. She went above and beyond when an order was messed up. We then went for dinner another day and our server Jillian was just as wonderful. Walked up with a big smile and just did a good job checking on us and making sure we were satisfied. I have to hand it to these 2 women. They both made sure our experience was pleasant. On top of that the food was very good. Compliments to the people in the back cooking the food. All very tasty and out within a timely manner. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone heading into the Massillon area. My husband and my children love it. Ask for Amber or Jillian they are wonderful servers!”

“I like their donuts, the only issue I have with this place is common sense. Everyday after 3pm when used to go in for Boston cream donuts, they're always out. I'm told they make these in morning only. I'm very confident that other individuals also, like these delicious cream donuts and would love to have one in the afternoon too! Common sense would dictate that if thiers a demand for them in the afternoon or later, you'd increase the supply to fulfill that demand. I don't know, I'm just saying stop leaving the money on the table and wake up. I'm sure this has happened to others and with many kinds of other donuts as well.
