East of Chicago Pizza South Akron

Great little secured place. It does close early on the weekend. The people are great there and very nice and polite and friendly which is rare in most places. The food is better than most other East of Chicago places I have went to. Maybe they care more at this place than the others. I can say I was never disappointed every time I went. So thank you very much to the people there at/in Akron.

Tried EOC tonight for the first time. The food was decent, and the people at the shop were friendly when I did a carryout order. The only thing that needed work is the website. It lets you order, but it does not let you add any promo codes at all for this location when you order online (at least, not from Android phone where I tried it from). The people at the store were nice enough to apply the promo code when I got there, but hopefully corporate will fix this for the local stores and franchise owners, because it might deter people who order online and want to use those coupon codes like I do.

Other than that food was good, ok prices, good service, and right on time with readiness. Will be back again.

We ordered a tower pizza and it was the best one that we have ever had from any East of Chicago location. The crust was perfect both chewy and crunchy. The sauce was delicious. What made it a five star was the incredible amount of toppings that they put on it. We rarely eat pizza from a franchise but this location has won us back. The one on Arlington leaves a lot to be desired and we stopped eating at East of Chicago for years. We can't wait to try the taco pizza now. Great job. Keep up the excellent pizza making and you will be the only pizza shop to stay in that location.
