They were very rude on thephone. Very quick, would not listen befor they would transfer you to the automated reservations. Would not provide the confirmation number. Just hung up the phone. Poor Customer relation skills..

I was very pleased with the staff and the rooms. Beautiful location. Up to date decor. Cozy and sound proof. I will definitely be back!!!

After a long day this is the perfect place to lay your head. They have a very friendly staff. Since there's not really many places to eat in fairlawn the restaurant is a nice choice for breakfast or dinner they have a great menu selection. Also, don't forget the best part of the stay. The chocolate chip walnut cookie! The hotel is in walking distance of the mall if there is anything you forgot.

They get five stars today simply because of Marissa I stayed there over the snowy weekend I even dug part of my car out yesterday got plowden on the parking lot was being sort of cleared couldn't get maintenance to help she went and took a shovel and some salt then only dug me out got my keys and brought the car up to the door would not take anything more than my thanks she saw a job that needed to be done and she did it she makes your company shine. And I have to admit all the young ladies who work the front desk during this horrible weekend we're really wonderful and that I also want to give a special shout-out to Gabrielle
