    Love your bagels , but your Customer service sucks if an employee doesn’t like dealing with people they really need not to be in the customer service business just had a really bad experience with of your Employees , not very happy , but I do love your bagels

    This is the only place in Akron where you can get genuine chewy bagels freshly baked. Go on Wednesday when a Baker's dozen is on sale. Slice the uneaten bagels and freeze them. When you thae them they will be almost as fresh as new. You can't stop by and have freshly made bagel sandwiches with a variety of inserts and toppings. My favorite bagel is the everything all
    wheat bagle stuffed with lox from Costco...

    I've been here only twice but the food has always been good. I didn't care too much for the French toast coffee; it needed more sugar to bring out the flavor.
