Best deli I’ve ever been to. Never been disappointed by any of the sandwiches I’ve ordered: both in terms of taste and portion size.
One time they forgot about my order. However, before enough time had even passed for me to question anything, one of the employees confirmed my order, gave me a refund without my asking, and the sandwich came in just a few minutes.
Great food and great service.

A warm friendly place to eat. Although it is a bit hectic during the mid day rush the guys behind the counter keep the line moving. They fill orders quickly n accurately and chat with customers, many of whom they know by name. Fixing for the sandwiches are excellent...fresh, wholesom and attractive. They always have interesting soups. The shop is kept clean and the prices are reasonable. I encourage everyone to check it out,....and expect most to become repeat customers.

We happened upon this gem yesterday after we left Akron Children's Hospital. I am so glad we pulled in and took a look. Everything we had was delicious, reasonably priced, the atmosphere was so friendly and exactly the kind of place that appeals to us. We will be back soon! It's worth the trip from Youngstown. Tip: try the matzo ball soup. It is fantastic.

I love this place. The customers and the staff are all Akron to the bone. My favorite is the "Old Bald Guy" - you won't be disappointed! I plan on coming more often (I'm going to need to if I want to try everything on their massive menu!). They have chicken salad, corned beef, turkey, pastrami, and veggie options. Don't walk by the cooler without looking at the desserts either!
