Pizzeria 1081

I must say the owners put a lot into their new business. It is very nice on the inside and the staff was friendly. I had the Sicilian pizza slice which was very nice sized and delicious! The toppings were top notch and great quality that you don't see everyday. The wings which I got hot were just ok. The chocolate chip cookie was pretty awesome though. So hard to choose because all of the bakery items looked so good. Everything was very clean and well presented. I am definitely looking forward to going back!

I ordered two pizzas, and two slices to go. The pepperoni pizza was a little too greasy for my liking, but the Nashville Hot chicken pizza was awesome! It is pretty spicy too, which is perfect for me. They had slices of baked potato pizza available, as well as Sicilian pepperoni. The Sicilian pepperoni one was my favorite of the 4. Their baked goods looked good too but I didn't get any

This place was great! Wife and Husband owners were very friendly and informative. Lots of cold treats and baked treats that were creative and visually appealing on display. I got their pizza. Really good. The dough was properly salted and fermented nicely, leaving a nice crispy crust with a good chew. Sauce was bright and fresh with a nice balance of garlic and fresh basil coming through. Quality cheese and pepperoni on it too. It is a great pie that I'd make the trip for again, no doubt. They are sourcing a lot of their ingredients locally and have a great vision of their community as well. Great food, great people. Highly recommend!

The best crust on a pizza hands down sauce was fresh and delicious as well. Loaded with toppings. The wings were good just not my cup of tea. Side salad was large sized. And the fresh mozzarella was just perfect. The vegan options are very nice to have. The man that waited on me was very nice. I think he's the owner. I will try to eat here at least once a week. Love it so far.

The recently opened Pizzeria 1081 needs to be put at the top of your "Places to try" list immediately! The slice of New York style pie was the best I've had in the area; ample toppings, balanced sauce, crisp crust with perfect amount of chew. The garlic knots alone are a reason to visit; the pesto on top brings them to another level. Owner and staff were very friendly. More pictures to come, cant wait to try more of their offerings.
