Hibachi Xpress Bar & Grill

Let me start off by saying the yum yum sauce is yummy! Other than that my noodles where extremely over cooked and mushy. I got vary little steak and veggies. Not only where the noodles mushy they where really garlicy to the point i had a big glob of garlic mush in my noodles to the point it was unbeatable but i did enjoy what meat and veggies i did get with the yum yum sauce.

Great and friendly service, plenty of food. Noodles or rice and yum yum sauce are a great combination. Very good, will definitely be back.

Rice and veggies are very good. Yum yum sauce is delicious. Tried steak and chicken and the combo of the two, and meat is always under-seasoned, steak overcooked and/or chicken tough. The one time I went and there was a younger guy on the grill, the chicken was just like a sit-down Hibachi restaurant. YUM Unfortunately, that was only the one time. The girls at register are always polite and helpful. As a local business, I hope they read some of these reviews to make some changes as I love to support small businesses. :)

Sept 2018: Update: It went from 5 stars to 3. The amount of flavor that this place used to have is gone. Their yum yum sauce is completely different (also lacking flavor) and missing the sweet flavor it used to have. Skip this location, Fairlawn's location is still the same.

Feb 2018: Good food. They have huge portions but a little expensive. One entree is definitely enough for 2 people. And their yum yum sauce is good too.
