Great customer service! They were out of hash brown sticks, but the nice lady offered to either substitute or bring it out in 10-15mins. I thought they would forget they were so busy, but she remembered and brought me 2 orders!

I was frustrated with choices for vegetarians! What's frustrating is paying the same price for the sandwich as if I received the meat. I went online to check out the menu a lot of choices however this store had nothing vegeterian at all. I ended up with a bun with lettuce tomatoes and mayo and a "few" (very few) homemade potato chips. The 3 friends I went with had club sandwiches....basically same thing but they had meat. They enjoyed them they were freshly made. The staff was pleasant. The service was a bit slow. The bread was fresh the donuts were fresh and delicious. The interior of the store was clean which is expected of course it's new. Prices comparable. I will not be going back anytime soon but was a change. Notice building max capacity 49 a bit cramped.

Love Tim's! This is a new location and so far we've had excellent quality drinks and food as well as excellent service! The inside is clean and pleasant for working remotely if you need to.

I love a good soup and sandwich for lunch. I came to the Tim Hortons in Akron, Ohio on opening day. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Complaint.....after 3 visits in 3 weeks....change the soup tired of chicken noodle. WHERES THE CHEDDAR BROCCOLI?????
