Boathouse Cafe

My honest review. This restaurant is literally in my back yard. Just a 3 min walk. The decor is amazing the attention to detail is very nice. Everyone else food was really good my guest order the orginal French toast which they really enjoyed. My issue and the reason I'm giving a 3 star right now is the food I orders. I orders the boathouse signature French toast which is made with some type of banana bread and I've always hated banana bread and it does not say anything about it being banana bread in the menu. And my other issue was the strawberry add on option I thought they were fresh strawberry that I could add onto the French toast but they were some type of stewed strawberry that were cold that I did not like. But overall my experience was okay. I feel this place has the potential to be really good just had to work through the kinks of being a new establishment. The staff was great and the coffee was good. I will return.

New cafe just opened up. Owned by the same family that owns Iron Grill. Decor is lovely and creative but also simple.

Great for a Sunday brunch with your significant other. I had the banana crepe with the mascarpone creme, which was nicely balanced with fresh banana and a creme that wasn't overtly sweet and complemented the banana. My husband had the choose your own omelet. Decent coffee. Food was great. Would go again.

Had a delicious breakfast at the Boathouse Cafe this morning. Good food, huge portions, reasonable prices and great service. Can't wait to visit again for lunch on the patio. Be sure to try this new restaurant for breakfast or lunch, you won't be sorry.

Everything we ordered was excellent! Our server was very kind and helpful, and constantly checked in with us. One of the chefs and possibly the manager came out to make sure everything we had was perfect. The crepes were phenomenal and plated beautifully. The eggs I ordered on the side were above what I expected, it tasted like they’d been cooked in maybe an Amish butter? Absolutely delicious! My only complaint was the hot caramel macchiato didn’t taste like caramel, and didn’t have any milk or cream added like a traditional macchiato. Still good coffee, though. I’ll be back to try the steak and eggs for sure.

Beautiful interior and outdoor patio, great customer service as well!! Fabulous food as well as great portion sizes. Plus, you can get the whole menu all day.
