Casa del Mar Mexican Restaurant bar

I went there on Cinco de Mayo which was an absolute zoo. Had to wait for two hours to be seated. My sister, who lives in North Carolina, and our cousin, which we hadn't seen each other for ages, was with me. I will give it the four stars because we were the last to be seated. The food was good and they did not push us to leave. In fact, they kept asking us if we wanted refills. We closed the place and had a good time.

Best Mexican joint in town! Wait it's the only one... It's still top of my list for all similar style restaurants. Great service. Cool carved chairs. My kids love this place. My picky eater can even get a burger he loves. Also great location right off the highway for travellers.

Today was my first time going to Casa del Mar and I have to say it was a great experience. Everyone there is super friendly the food came out quickly and it was very good I really like their tortilla chips better than any Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. I will definitely be going back again soon.

Wow, just wow. Came from Pennsylvania to visit family. Saw this little gem hiding in a minor shopping center. Stopped in to give it a try.... ordered some authentic Mexican drinks and appetizers and they were spot on!! Then we (My Latina girlfriend and myself) ordered dinner, under 5 minutes later this guy comes out with a fist full of grub and tries to put it down, I kindly told him it could not be ours....it was, now I feel like a total loser.... wow this food was delicious and fair priced. Staff was great!! Thanks so much for the out of state experience that will be sure to put my hometown Mexican restaurant to shame...!!
