Umami Noodle

Wonderful, tiny Ramen joint that I am pleased to have in Cuyahoga Falls so close to home. Not much space for dine in. Everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and service was reasonably quick. If I had to pick a gripe, my soup was not very hot (temperature) and the broth was kind of lacking the complex, robust flavor that most Asian soups boast. Definitely will be back to sample more of the menu!

So many choices! We have been looking for a great ramen spot and this is perfect! We stumbled upon it and couldn’t be happier! The staff was super friendly and helpful when trying to decide. The portions are generous and delicious! We ate there and it was clean and welcoming. Can’t wait to try more meals. I had the pork fried ramen. Highly recommend!

This place was so delicious! It's very popular which is impressive since it just opened and there will be a wait for food if you go at peak rush times but man I can't wait to try something else off the menu! I will be back.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The ramen is delicious and when ordered to-go is served with the broth on the side so all the fantastic toppings don't get soggy on the ride home. The fried rice is just as tasty and I'm sure will make for great leftovers. Top it all off with some sweet bubble tea and you're set for a great meal!

I really wanted to love this place. Especially as someone who misses eating similar dishes in Tokyo. Staff was kind, place was a little small, and the food tasted good... but the main problem was wait. It is their first Friday night in business and we waited over an hour and a half for two rice Bowls and an order of Crab Rangoon. We asked for the food for dine-in at 6:50pm but it took so long.. we got it at 8:27pm and basically left with it To-Go before they closed at 9. Got home less than 10 minutes later and all the food was cold.

My biggest critique was seeing online orders coming and going so much when they weren't tending to the full house of people waiting in person. I really think if the in-house orders are taking 1.5 hours to fulfill, you need to stop the online/pickup orders. That just isn't fair to those waiting in the store.

I sincerely hope this gets better with time. I will be back to give it another chance.
