Dewey's Pizza

Really had a taste for pizza so I decided on Dewey's. I was immediately greeted with a smile. I chose the carry out option. This is where things get dope.
As soon as i pay for my pizza the manager walks up behind me and says "Ms. Ball, your pizza didn't have enough toppings to my liking. So we are going to remake it."
This may not seem like a big deal to most. But for the manager to recognize and fix a issue before i even saw it was AWESOME!!!!

Plus who can't love a pizza place where u have pizzas named " Dr. Dre." Or "The Bronx Bomber"(which is what i got).

Dewey’s has become my family’s favorite pizza place in the Akron area. Part of what we like about their pizzas is the dough. At some pizza places the dough is just a delivery vehicle for the sauce and toppings, but we think Dewey’s dough and crust is particularly better than the rest.

I also like that you can get one of their wildly creative specialty pizzas along with a plain pepperoni slice. And either option is good.

We happen to also like their salads, if you’re into that as well. The peppercorn ranch is a favorite.

So if you’re a NE Ohio native like me or staying across the street at one of the hotels, I recommend Dewey’s for a good pizza experience.

Porky Fig is one of the most incredible pizzas, I've ever tasted! The list of ingredients sounds ridiculous and leaves you feeling confused, yet intrigued? Do yourself a favor and indulge - it's worth it. There's a sweet and savory flavor to the fig base. The caramelized onions kick you right in your cheeks then make your tongue start to immediately water. The cheese blend is like nothing you've had on a pizza before. The prosciutto makes you see that it's pepperoni's much more sophisticated big brother. Small beer selection for dining room service, but they're decent beers. Disappointed I failed to sample this place, sooner!

I am in LOVE of this pizza. We had the Porky Fig pizza for the first time which was GREAT. Probably my favorite pizza place that I can think of right now. Can't wait to try more of their specialties.

Pizza was good. Lots of interesting pizza creations if you want to try something different. They have creative names for them too. The tables should probably be bigger, their was limited space with three pizzas on the table. Service was great
