Foods are all fresh for who look for healthy breakfast option. Serving portion is reasonable with its price. There are seasonal menu, which bring more interesting choices throughout the year.

My experience and the food at first watch is always terrific. This place is usually crowded. The server's all seemed to be on top of what they're doing. The food comes out as expected and is always fresh.

I always enjoy my visits here, the facilities are well designed and decorated, clean with the proper level of brightness. The food is always well prepared and tasty. My only complaint from this visit is that they need to pay closer attention the the cleanliness of there plates, glasses and utensils. Both mine and my wife's drinking glasses were not properly clean I chose not top use mine my wife requested another. Everything else seemed fine but it makes you wonder.

First Watch in Macedonia is one of the larger venues for this chain of breakfast spots. They have a great atmosphere, just like the rest of the chain. Options for food is always changing although they do have a standard menu to order from, so if you have a favorite you can stick with it. The only issue with this location is the parking situation. There is not enough space to accommodate for just the restaurant, so parking usually spills over into the stores adjacent. Would recommend to breakfast connoisseurs, and brunch novices alike.
