I’m not sure why this place has negative reviews at all. The lady that I have dealt with every time is always so nice. The food on the lunch buffet was good (yes it’s not a huge selection). I understand why they use styrofoam plates and cans/bottles and that’s to cut down on dishes to keep costs lower. The takeout food is very good. If I had one critique it’d be that I wish the portions were a little bigger. But that’s my only negative. Love it!
First time trying this place since this opening. The sauce, egg rolls and dumplings were fantastic. The prices were reasonable. My only issue was that with over half of my gen tso chicken - the chicken was overcooked and the meat took on a jerky like toughness. Something. A lot of Chinese restaurants seem to struggle with. Seems like the small pieces had that happen the most. Not sure how to adjust for this - but I hope next time it’s dialed in. Otherwise my meal would have been perfect. The food is much better than with the previous owners and I will definitely give you guys another shot.
My first time coming here I ordered the Tofu with Mixed Vegetables. While I wouldn’t order this exact meal again, due to the thick coating on the tofu, I did really enjoy the other dishes. The chicken and broccoli is very good, and the fried rice really compliments it. Their fried rice is really good, I have missed that kind of pork fried rice! Also, the Mongolian beef is very flavorful and the best around in the area! When you ask for spicy, they deliver! Staff is very friendly and happy to please. We tried the lunch buffet and there were many options to choose from, plus there is a drink included which is a great value for the price. I also recommend the crab rangoon! I suggest giving it a try, I think there is an option for almost anyone’s taste/ dietary preferences.
15 minute carryout and was ready by the time I got there. Food was hot and fresh, the inside was clean and busy, carryout was busy as well and they were handling everything efficiently! It is new so I had neutral expectations of them to still be working out kinks, but as of right now I saw no problems! Big menu, had the chicken lo mein and fried rice. Kiddo liked the food as well! Can't wait to try other options!
I went for the lunch buffet. $9 seemed very reasonable and the food was great quality! They did a good job keeping up with filling the buffet even though they were crazy busy. There was nobody serving drinks though, so we didn't have anything to drink. It looked like you could purchase bottled water or soda from a fridge.
