Uncle Tito's Mexican Grill

Pretty decent food here. We ordered a variety of dishes. The Mexican shrimp cocktail that was pretty good. Their Verde enchiladaes were nice, but they got the order wrong. We saw a runner from the kitchen walking around asking various tables if they ordered a chimichanga, since we did, we waved the runner over by us. Had to ask a couple different times for menus and drinks, but they did eventually bring us everything. The staff here is really nice, just a bit disorganized. All in all... Not a bad place to grab a bite.

Tonight was the first time I went there. Lots of selection. Guy that seated us was kinda rude and so was the guy that brought the chips. Loved the waitress. She was very nice an accommodating.
I only have two complaints. One is that when we placed our order, my daughter ordered a to go dish for her boyfriend. We expected it to be done by the time the check came but we had to ask the waitress for it twice and possibly the manager. Not sure who he was. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes.

My second issue was with the tomatoes and lettuce. They appeared to be clean but had an odd taste. Not sure if it was just me or not because my burritos were excellent. They came out super fast.

I will definitely give them another chance soon.

They have delicious Mexican food! We had a large party during the Friday night rush. We were seated immediately. The food and drinks came out quickly, as did the food. I didn't hear that anyone in our party had any complaints. Plus, our waitress was efficient and friendly.

*The BEST authentic Mexican food you will find ANYWHERE (hands down). Great staff and service. You can tell the owner Fernando takes pride in the food that they serve. This is the reason they have been voted #1 Mexican restaurant in Northeast Ohio several years in a row!!! Carryout is also super-fast.

Group of 6 ladies enjoyed every dish ordered. Service was great. The server was so polite and patient to explain any questions asked about the dishes. It was a very pleasant experience and will return. Thank you.
