However, for BEING a McDonald's, I've always found the staff extremely polite and attentive, and the food is always fresh. Most importantly, they get orders right, a rarity for McDonald's I don't know if they experienced any management changes in the past 2 years, but the quality of this particular location has improved drastically over that time period. Seldom do you WANT to eat McDonald's unless you're in a rush, but at least they get it right!”

“Live right across the street going to the university here in Akron. I DID NOT KNOW THIS PLACE WAS HERE!! Have been here twice now and no disappointments! They bake their own bagels and baked goods, have breakfast and lunch all day. I had the Jalapeno Veggie Bagel first then on my second visit had a meat lovers flat bread pizza. The coffee is fantastic and they roast it right in the shop. The staff is super friendly, service is great and they have two floors of seating. I especially liked the upstairs where I was able to print some things out for class last semester. Books, board games and good times.”

“I have been here several times and it never disappoints. The coffee is fresh and hot. They serve sandwiches that are made to order and the pastries look fantastic. The dining area is very inviting an although it is open you will have no problem keeping to yourself or meeting a client. While the pastries and muffins are prepared ahead of time, the other menu items are not. I ordered a breakfast panini. It took about 10 minutes to get my food and it was brought to my table when it was done, hot a delicious. To go orders take priority and if that is your choice you will not have to wait so long. If you are looking for breakfast, lunch, and a great selection of coffee drinks, whether you done in our take out you will not be disappointed. Enjoy”

“The server we had was very kind, helpful and polite. He was a very nice man. We only really went for the coffee, but we ended up getting some fruit as well. We got a bowl, which is about $5 and I figured it was going to be a normal bowl size but they gave us a lot of fruit. All of it fresh, and delicious. We didn't get anything else, but we will be back to try an actual meal another time. The woman next to us got a meal and it was huge so they have good serving sizes for the prices. I would recommend this place. The coffee is also very very good !”
