The lady that checked us out was so friendly and helpful!! Very fresh and worth the price.

Olivia was cleaning around our table and she got refills and asked how we enjoyed our meal!! It was so nice of her.

Family tried for the first time and all ordered bowls. Fresh and delicious. Down side, I ordered and paid for both spicy chicken and steak in my bowl but wasnt given any steak. We do not live close and I didn't feel like driving back after a long day. I fully understand mistakes happen. I tried to call and was transfered to a voicemail which was full and couldn't take any more messages. Then I went through the app to express my disappointment and was given the option of a call back or email communication from customer service. Again, nothing in days. Nobody cares enough to address what was nearly a great experience and try to make things right. They are very busy now but will wish for customers like us when the novelty calms down.

Their food serving area was very clean even though they were super busy, you could see straight into the kitchen and watch them prep everything. Very efficient, tidy, and tasty!! Can't wait to try more bowl options, Niles really needed a healthy restaurant like this 👍🏻

Yum. Food was outstanding. Love a healthy option on the run and this place is it. Our family got to meet Eddie who gave us outstanding service. So happy this place opened up!
