Clean and nice. Clearly if you order alot of food it might be a while. Thats just normal..

Service is great for fast food. Clean every time I visit. Sometimes the wait takes a bit longer due to the proximity to the Eastwood Mall Complex. Parking lot is really the biggest downside, too many entrances lead to bad drivers getting confused on the right of way. If you come from the mall as opposed to 422, you'll have a much easier time with it.

Food was cold. Onion rings taste like was made hours before. My drink had whole different taste. Was unhappy. Visit often

Stopped in because my niece got a job there. I really don't eat fast food, but it was easy to park even though it was lunch time and the lobby was clean and we'll lit. We just ordered fries so we could say hello. They came out fast enough and were good. The staff was friendly. Overall, great experience. I know you are thinking that it Burger King, they're all the same. Believe me, their not. I used to eat this food alot when I was younger.
