“Service is great for fast food. Clean every time I visit. Sometimes the wait takes a bit longer due to the proximity to the Eastwood Mall Complex. Parking lot is really the biggest downside, too many entrances lead to bad drivers getting confused on the right of way. If you come from the mall as opposed to 422, you'll have a much easier time with it.”

Cannot recommend this place enough to people who are fans of Indian food and even those who have never tried it. “Talk about being professional! My wife and I just ate our lunch here, but I couldn't leave without commending the three women who are currently working (Friday, May 17th, 2019). When I walked in I had witnessed two of the worst customers I would ever want to have, just so condescending and demanding over miniscule things like putting an extra cup of sauce or veggies in a separate bag. These three women didn't let anything cause them to lose their bearing and kept it cool even when it would of been understanding on their end to get upset with these two customers. You three deserve recognized for your wonderful customer service skills! Keep it up!”

“Why I love Panera: 1. The best ingredients! 2. So squeaky clean including the bathrooms. 3. No tipping, because they pay employees a living wage. 4. The soups are the best! I'm glad I can buy Panera soup at Sam's Club and my local grocery store. 5. The fireplace! 6. This is a place where one can dine alone and feel comfortable. Or if you're meeting friends, if you want to take your time, you won't be rushed out of your seats like you are at other restaurants. 7. The meeting room at the Elm Road store provides for the community. My Bible Study group appreciates that! 8. I only buy my bread here, because it's made with no bromides or other bad stuff. I've been eating Panera bread for so long now that If I eat any other bread I can taste the chemicals. 9. No one makes better bagels! No even Lenders Bagels. I love Panera!”

“Came with my wife and kids, we LOVED every bit of it! The server was extremely friendly and helpful. The fried pickles, wings, loaded tots, hot dog and Cuban sandwich were phenomenal. If you try the cheesecake bites, you might not ever leave. The chef Jordan even came out to make sure our food was good and we made sure to let her know how great it was. Great job River Road Tavern! We will certainly be back again.”
