Lake Hope Lodge

Food is very good. Super large portions. We got there early on a Friday evening so we were able to sit by a window and enjoy the view. Very clean and service was great.

We love the Sunday buffet brunch. Food is amazing. I love smoked biscuit. Their sausage gravy is really good. Beautiful setting. Service is good.

Celebrating family birthday dinner at their Sunday brunch, this restaurant has always exceeded our expectations. Staff was exceptional in accommodating gluten sensitive concerns as well as providing awesome food selections--especially smoked beef brisket! Look forward to future visits since camping is also a favorite family time during warmer climes of the year!

Recommend sitting outback where the views are great!

A bit of all that is right and just. Brisket, pulled pork and maple glazed smoked Ohio turkey. It was fantastic. Very good service.
The wood fired pizza looked yummy, will have to try it next time, with one of their delicious desserts!

Several years ago, the original lodge burned down. They took this loss and made it an opportunity to build this current big, beautiful, updated lodge. The interior is warm, bright, and inviting. The gift shop is filled with snacks, handmade eclectic gifts, toiletries, and Lake Hope themed clothing; it also doubles as the check in desk. The lodge also has a restaurant that does not disappoint; on Sundays they offer a brunch buffet with all the usual offerings plus mouth-watering brisket that is smoked on site. There is also a cafe area, party room, restrooms, and comfortable sitting area with a fire place. The real Jewel of the lodge though, is the porch overlooking Lake Hope itself. There are few things that put me at peace more easily than taking in the view on this porch with good company and a good cup of coffee. I highly recommend a visit.
