    Four stars because I love Chipotle food. Minus one star because the staff and the store itself (drink area, bathrooms), are nothing to write home about...

    I've ordered online and picked up in store a couple times. Neither time was my order ready on time...but other than that the food and experience has been great. Next time, I might just put an earlier pick-up time and keep my fingers crossed.

    One of my favorite places. Staff are friendly. Relatively clean. Need to keep drink bar and that area stocked better.

    Food is always fresh. Customer service is top notch. Restaurant is always clean. Order online? It’s usually ready before the app estimate! Something not up to snuff or an honest mistake was made? They sincerely apologize and more than make up for it. Thank you!
