Great quality food. You can tell each meal is made fresh to order. You are able to find something for any budget.

I have always gotten good service, I most of the time get a salad, very good! The reason I never gave 5 stars is a time or two they forgot to give me one of the packets that go with the salad.

Slow service tonight . Drive through had about 13 cars and 2 people inside . I went inside . Still took about 13 minutes to get 2 things. Manager needed to manage and talk to people . Everyone was working at their own pace . Store was on autopilot . Madison on the front register. No sence of urgency . Sandwich maker was not very fast but was putting effort in to getting the order accurate . While everyone else stood and watched when they could of gloved up and helped .

We had a very nice visit at Wendy's. The staff was friendly we were greeted upon entering. We were not rushed while placing our order. The order was repeated back with the special additives. The food was prepared quickly, served hot and correct with a smile and Thank You. We had been to this Wendy's before and received entirely different service. I don't know if there was staff or manager changes but it was a lot better.
