“We hadn't been here in several years, and we were uncertain if they'd maintained the same quality as the previous owners. We were not disappointed. I've recently found it hard to find a good cup of coffee anywhere, but Undergrounds Café came through. They were nicely decorated for the holidays and the venue is quite classy.”

“If I had one complaint I'd say the normal cheese sauce is gross, get the salsa cheese sauce instead. Great staff and the manager is always a very caring person. They give out free samples and always seem happy to give them to excited little kids. Pretzels are fresh and yummy. Give it a try! They have Caramel and Icing too as sauces if you want something more dessert like.”

“I usually have a wonderful experience here, but Saturday evening something was lacking. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted by the associate at the counter, as he was too busy talking to a young lady I assume was his girlfriend that had parked in the fire lane in front of the store. I looked for a minute or two, and then stood by the counters to make sure they knew I was ready. Even after the girl left, he still never acknowledged me. Then an older gentleman I assume was the store manager asked if I needed help and was very gracious. I've seen him before and he is always very friendly. There must have been some underlying issue with a couple of team members as the manager had to ask two of them if someone was going to answer the phone, and he did after they didn't move to get it. Anyways, the food was hot and delicious and on point like a typical experience is. It was prepared quickly, and the associate manning that area was phenomenal, and seems genuinely happy to be there. Probably was a really off night for the crew, which won't put us off from still continuing to visit! Our normal visits are usually quick, crew super friendly, and very smooth. Will update review in the near future after our next visit.”

“Wonderful cafe with excellent choices for food. I had an amazing drink, and shared that with a wonderful tasting pizza. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, making sure to get everything that I needed to enjoy my meal. The location is very comfortable and relaxing. This seems like it would be a wonderful place to share lunch during the daytime. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that loves good food and a great atmosphere!”
