    Everything is homemade and delicious. The pie was a small cut piece and a bit pricy .

    Our first time visit will NOT be our last. We were greeted immediately and given our choice of tables. The decor is a throwback to another, more relaxed period of time. The multiple, unmatched tables and chairs give Miss Lily's an additional element of comfort. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful without being overbearing. The service may have been a little quicker since Monday is an admitted slow day,but I don't think it is too much slower on any other day except maybe a special occasion. The food was hot and delicious AND plentiful. The salad bar items were fresh with a good variety. All items on the menu are homemade except for the beverages. The desserts are outstanding, especially the rhubarb / strawberry pie. EVERYBODY has an off day. EVERYONE!!! We had a great experience and expect to have more. Those who don't understand having down days or a casual atmosphere just think too much of themselves.
