“If you go first thing in the morning, it's very slow. Even when the people in front of you are only getting a single coffee. I want to chalk it up to new employees being trained but I can't say that for sure. As an every day customer, it's the same thing every morning and that's really the biggest problem which sucks if you're in a hurry. Also there doesn't seem to be much communicate because 3 or 4 times someone has handed me part of my order and another person brings me the same thing again and I can see the level of frustration when I tell them I already have that item.”

“A very nice experience. The coffee was great while I wait for my wife out in the car juggling room reservations for daughter's wedding at the end of the month. I ordered a couple of cheesesteaks and onion rings to go. They packed up the order really well along with adding ketchup and napkins and some utensils. Both the orders of onion rings and the cheesesteaks were awesome. We were impressed. BTW... The restrooms were clean and plenty of paper towels too. I HATE RESTROOMS THAT HAVE THOSE DAMNED AIR DRYERS. This place doesn't.”
