Once my own table was later than I felt it should have been. More recently the table next to me had incorrect items delivered. They fixed that pretty quickly, but that seemed a simple thing to double check.”

“The place was fairly quiet and deserted. I believe it was the Burger King on East Wooster. One or two people or groups of people may have come in and took out their order. We were the only two eating "in". The staff could have been a little bit friendlier, and tried to smile. The Whopper is ok. The apple juice container was different to me. It seemed more difficult to get most of my juice out of it. The light lemonade most need more ice. It made me cough, even later at home. I had to blow my nose to see if it would help. It did some, but it was still too strong, tart or ? It also was physically chilly inside the establishment. I had to put my coat back up over my shoulders.”

The food service was just s touch show, but in their defense, it was a busy night. The food was absolutely delicious, exceeding my expectations. The prices were very reasonable as well. “Updating this review from 1 star. I had a bad experience ordering food from this place, but they seemed to have turned it around. There's a new GM in there, he gives great service, and my food is consistently well made. I'm pretty pumped about that because I do like the selection of calzones and it's so cheap especially if you're doing the zone of the day or two for ten Wednesday. So, if you had a bad experience in the past then I would recommend giving it another shot.”

I wish the soft pretzel bites came with more salt though, I like mine heavily salted and these barely had any salt on them but they still were good. It's a good place to get a beer and hang with friends and have some bar food.”
