(October 20, 2018, 6:38 am)Oh, no! I just pulled the last of my Saums bratwurst from the freezer. Time for a road trip before winter gets here.
A friend and i found Saums almost 2 years ago totally by chance. Intrigued by their claim of "Ohio's best bratwurst", we decided to check it out.
We've been making the trip from Lorain County every few months since, to stock up our freezers. Brats, bulk sausage, smoked chops, etc, all a hit with family and friends.
Just wish I lived closer so I could check out the daily lunch menu. Lol.
