Chicken Express

I went to the drive through & ordered a 30 piece meal as we had family coming over for dinner. I live 16 miles away. When I got home, I realized we only received 18 chicken strips. I called & spoke with the manager. He offered to make it right immediately. I told him I couldn't come back that day. He took my name & number & told me to come back the next time I was in town. I went back a few days later. The manager remembered the call, had a note in his hand with my information. He had them cook a new complete order, gave us a free side & free drinks while we waited. He went above & beyond to make sure we left there happy. Although I was upset, I realize mistakes happen & maybe the rest of our order was in another box or something & didn't get put in the bag. Very happy with the service we received from the manager & will be back again. Most customer service doesn't seem to be same as it used to be. Thank you for making this right!!

Manager went way WAY above to help me! I wanted Serendipity salt because I can't find it in New Mexico and she gave me a bag full at a reasonable prices. I wish more people were that accommodating.
