(October 8, 2020, 6:02 pm)We didn’t know what to expect as we hadn’t been to a cafe like this before, but we both really liked what we had. They offer nutritional/protein shakes, waffles, donuts, and specialty teas. Mrs. Flip Out had a thin mint shake and an unsweet peach tea. I had a French toast shake and grape tea. They were the best meal replacement shakes we have had and both had great flavor. The teas were refreshing. This place is well worth a visit.
