    I love Tropical Smoothie and had knee surgery, so I order via UberEats (first time). Anyway, an item was forgotten and the manager at TS (Ron) went out of his way to make sure it was delivered to my home by one of his employees. Thank you for your excellent customer service care..

    Love this place. First time I was here but I will be returning. Tropical Smoothie has an excellent brand.

    I absolutely LOVE this location and the smoothies that I have tried are wonderful. The only reason I gave 4 STARS was because I was slightly disappointed today when I went in before 10am, ordered my smoothie and was informed after I ordered, that they don't do half price on the weekend anymore. I come and get smoothies at all times of the day, so paying full price doesn't bother me but the website should be changed from ADVERTISING that from 9-10 that it's half price. Also, if it just changed last week, like the worker said, there should at least be a sign posted on the door or inside for all the customers to see. I was not the only one disappointed today. There were multiple people after me with the same complaint. That's my only small issue with this establishment.
