Drake's Restaurant

This is a great place for breakfast. I have never been here for lunch but I'm sure it's just as good. The service here is great. Very prompt and attentive. Food came fast and was delicious as always. I come to town several times a year and I always stop in and have breakfast when I'm here.

Food is amazing, save for the biscuits which tend to be a little on the dry side for my tastes. Staff had always been nice and the environment is clean and welcoming. Recommended stop for anyone who is visiting.

The food is great, portions are small for the price. Catfish is too salty but still well prepared and cooked. Steak is small for the price, still delicious. Table service was very good and employees well mannered. Children's chicken nuggets is not enough to fill a kid even with the side of fries. The yeast rolls were excellent, I would love it if I could just order a bag of those to go. All in all, a 4 out of 5 stars for this little diner.

Food was great, you could tell the gravy was homemade and not the package stuff most places have. Only thing I didn't like was that they didn't have any flavored liquid creamers and I had to ask for silverware then napkins, but those are small things honestly. Overall definitely worth a stop.
