(June 28, 2019, 11:14 pm)The assistant mgr that helped me and my granddaughter was pleasant, friendly and we both absolutely loved her customer service! Her name was Nakitilea (spelling of her name?) Kudos to her! She's a keeper!

(April 25, 2019, 2:46 pm)Food here has gone downhill, and super slow. Burgers are so cold it doesn't melt the cheese on a cheeseburger, fries are never warm, and neither are the chicken tenders. Seems like everything just sits in a warmer, and never comes out fresh and hot. It's sad, really.
Even the ice cream scoops have gotten smaller for the same price. -

(April 12, 2019, 2:08 am)The absolute best thing about Braums is their consistently good food and fresh produce. Their ice cream and dairy products are reasonable in price and great tasting. If you travel around the state they have clean restrooms
