Caribbean Fusion Trini Style

Too good to be true but yet it is! The likelihood that I would find authentic Caribbean cuisine in Oklahoma City is low, that is until I discovered Caribbean Fusion Trini Style. The food is as authentic and delicious as it gets, and the decor, the colors, the music, and the staff all add a flavor and flare that you could only find if you were to visit the Caribbean yourself!
I highly recommend you stop by and soak it all in!

This place was hands down one of the BEST places I’ve had in Oklahoma. And I’ve lived here all my life ! I’ve traveled out of country quite a lot and when I say this matches beyond even the food I’ve tried out and around! Y’all please come and support this place! We had the salmon plate, the stew chicken with rice, and the chef special pork plate with rice and potato salad. Every single thing was delicious ! And another 5 stars for the vibes also matching the food!

I tried the oxtail with rice, veggies, and plantains and I’m very pleased. The food is super flavorful. My friend got the jerk chicken wings and it was also delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back.

First time trying Caribbean food and it did not disappoint. The jerk chicken was delicious! Staff are friendly and the place has some great music with a relaxed vibe. Will definitely be back!

Drive thru pickup. Service was prompt and positive. I liked the jams they were playing. We got the curried goat and the jerk chicken.

The goat was really delicious, so was the curry and the mango.

The chicken was a little dry but still good. I was expecting some spice in the potato salad, but it was pretty basic. Just one plantain with the chicken too ☹️ maybe you really need to get the plantains separately if you like them.

All in all, it was a little pricey, but very filling and tasty. Definitely coming back for the curry.
