Volcano Sushi Bar & Hibachi

Very intamate, yet relaxed location. Fresh food, wonderful service and just as good when you order to go! Good food and a great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning to this location.

Food and service has declined over the last year. Cooked and fresh sushi both arrive at room temp. I’m concerned about food safety and will not return.

Food is much better than when I tried it four years ago. Service was initially pretty quick, and we were able to order right away. But the server didnt come back hardly at all, my water was only refilled once after I had drank it all and most of my friends, and the regular soy sauce was empty. The server was friendly when there, but not available to flag down to ask for more water.

This is my second review of this establishment and I'm still loving it. This time I went for lunch with my wife and we tried something othat than sushi. I was very impressed with the Hibachi Chicken with fried rice. It was absolutely fantastic and the portion size although it was small it wasn't so large that I wanted to take a nap when I got back to my desk. If you haven't tried this place you should stop denying yourself and give in to the goodness that is Volcano!

When I arrived I was greeted immediately and showed to my seat. Drinks were brought immediately after and while deciding to order they check in frequently. The samurai sushi was the best I've had. I also tried the seafood hibachi and would definitely order it again. The salmon was incredible. Also to note the venue is subtle with dim lighting and dark colors. Sets a very relaxing environment.
