The service was so quick, I literally ordered at the register, walked about 15 steps to my table, and before I could even sit down, the employee brought my food to my table, which was hot and delicious. My order was also pretty large, it was a spicy deluxe meal with an extra order of large waffle fries and a 12 count of grilled nuggets.
This location seems always busy during lunch and dinner just like most every other location. Food is always consistent and fresh.
They have several young employees outside to take orders in the wrapped drive thru.
They are extremely proficient and very good at the position.
It is nearly 100 degrees today and they are wearing the required uniform which seems unacceptable to me. Black slack pants and dark red shirt gets very hot in certain. I believe these employees deserve maybe a differential pay floor working in the environment.
I love the personal touch of their drive thru and actual people taking your order. Inside I love that they play Christian contemporary Muzak, not like radio but Muzak, like elevator music.
There were staff outside in the lot taking orders. It didn't seem busy enough for this particular time of day. I paid the young woman who took my order with my visa. There was a young man setup for paying further ahead. He took my name and said I didn't pay for my meal and that the woman shouldn't have swiped my card since the tablet rarely worked for taking payments. Reluctanty I swiped again and moved on. Young lady at the window said "Rob?" I said no and gave my name to find out I hadn't paid for my meal again. There was a manager who then stepped up and took control of the situation, apologizing and promo-ing my meal, and reimbursing the money charged to my card for Rob's meal. So it wasn't a good experience. I mean the staff seemed to have a lack of experience, but the manager stepped up. In a swift and professional manner he saved the day and rating to a 4 star. Would have been 5 star if my waffle fries weren't soggy at the bottom of my carton.
Hot. Fast, and ready. Just like I love it. Didnt grab a picture because my food was so good. Only a 4 star because the window guy had some extra words. Overall I'm pleased though.
