Excellent place! My husband and I went to Legacy Grill for the first time today for lunch. Sat on the deck next to the river which was awesome. All the staff was great and the service was as well. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and fries and my husband had the honey fried chicken. Both excellent! Topped it off with the banana pudding...not your average banana pudding for sure. If you have room definitely give it a try. You will not be disappointed!
First time eating at this restaurant on a Friday night. The atmosphere is casual, but very nice - good place for a night out. The service was good, the food was great, and the portions were really huge. I had the honey chicken and my wife had chicken and waffles, both were delicious. Highly recommend this place!
I was visiting family and they took me here. There are not a lot of options on the menu but I like just about everything. I had the chicken fried steak which I have not had in a long time. IT WAS PHENOMENAL! Everyones food was good. The best part of the whole experience was when we were leaving. I forgot my leftovers and went back to get them but they had already cleared the table. The manager came out to let me know they were making me a take home meal because the takeout box was thrown out. THEY COOKED A WHOLE CHICKEN FRIED STEAK....WITH FRIES!! Amazing customer service. I will be back just because they go the extra mile for customers.
Not a Thunder or KD homer. Review is strictly based on being a lover of southern/soul food. This place was awesome. Usually for food this good you have find a family owned dive and sacrifice cleanliness in exchange for authenticity. Not the case here. You get both. Had Chic Fried Steak. Guest had shrimp and grits. Both were amazing. Greens, green beans, Mac n Cheese were perfect. Washed everything down with peach cobbler. It too was darn near perfect. Prices were reasonable, service was good. Incredible meal!!!!
I can't find anything negative to say about this place. Atmosphere was very chill and relaxed. Very upscale, classy spot right on the canal. Ordered the chicken fried steak, and it was the size of a frisbee. Large portions definitely worth the money. I will definitely go back.
