Local-homa

This place is so good! I had the Armadillo Burger and it was perfectly balanced with just a hint of sweetness(local honey from Edmond) and just the right amount of spice from the grilled jalapeno. The meat was cooked just how I like it, (AND its grass-fed Oklahoma beef!) on a delicious toasted bun. ON POINT.

I have tried several dishes at localhoma and my favorite is the pork belly. It was very good. I have also tried the hamburgers, and they were pretty good too. I plan to visit there again and take my family. Love it!

I really enjoyed the collective and Localhoma. I had the pork belly last time and it was awesome. I tried the burger this time. I love burgers, and it was excellent. I will definitely be back again.

I really enjoyed the pork belly bowl. The pork was soft and yummy. I love the bits of garlic, I can't remember what the other bits were but they added to the flavor. I think the soft boiled egg had been marinated in soy maybe? So that was very delicious. To me, all that is comfort food. I would go again. My friend said her burger was really good and it was big, had to take half home. I want to try a burger next time but really I might not be able to resist getting the pork belly plate again :x
