I got the strawberry waffle with Nutella, cookie butter, and the Creme.

Guiltless pleasure because YOU deserve every bite. I ordered The Cristo and Chicken & Waffles.

The Cristo was a sandwich which harmoniously combined sweet and savory ingredients. It had lightly sweet, thick, and light liege waffles with crispy edges and carmelized nibs of sugar throughout. In between the waffles were perfectly salty ham, turkey, melted American cheese, and berry jam. It was lightly garnished with powdered sugar.

The Chicken & Waffles had their signature liege waffle topped with three lightly battered, flavorful chicken tenders and garnished with crunchy bacon bits. It was served with a generous portion of 100% maple syrup on the side, so you could add as little or as much as you wished.

I suggest you order your own. Do NOT split an order! Trust me. Also, I regret not ordering dessert to bring home.

I drove almost two hours one way to eat their food and it was worth the drive. I'll be back.

Covid prevention measures were practiced: plexiglas, masks, hand sanitizer, and social distancing, so I felt safe going in to pick up my food. You can also eat in if you'd like.

(Really late review) I was excited to try Press Waffle Co when the Collective first opened as there was a lot of hype from its Shark Tank appearance. After sharing the Southern Belle work a friend, I found myself slightly disappointed in the quality vs cost. The Belgian waffle was nice and thick but a bit drier than I'd like while the lemon curd was more overpowering than I'd like with little of the blueberries coming out. It's been a while since I've tried it, so it may be time for me to give it another go and I'd recommend people try it and see what they think for themselves!
