This Nigerian Restaurant is run by a friendly good cook of West African Food. The new location isn't as handy to get to, but since take-out is the option, it is well worth a drive. We had peanut stew (groundnut) and fufu for one dish and a chicken liver dish with rice. Both are delicious, and a couple meals each for most persons. She has a wide selection of Nigerian food. Someone has recently written that is place is #30-$50 per person -- This IS NOT true. The servings are around $10 each. The food is tasty (we lived and worked in West Africa several year) and we have eaten at Naija Wife Kitchen many times and continue to return!
10/10!! First time here and we left with a happy tummy. Found Naija Wife Kitchen on Tik tok and we love it! We got Peanut soup and Agusi soup and the flavors were on point and the drink... OMG so refreshing! Thank you for letting us sit in before our drive! Definitely will be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First time here and I went in not knowing anything about Nigerian food and it was really comforting food!
We got four things to try and hands down, the tilapia was the best thing. Then the egusi soup. It was perfect with the white rice. I didn’t care for the peanut butter one, but if you like peanut butter; you’ll love it. The gizzard special is just one of those things that you need to like already. As far as the fufu, it is a must try. At least once!
Losing a star only because it is a little greasy, there’s a lot of oil in the dishes.
Not pictured is the zobo drink. Very subtle in flavor, a hint of sweetness, and refreshing over ice.
This place is a little gem. It’s Togo only, however, I didn’t mind. I took my meal and enjoyed it at a nearby park. The peanut butter soup had me yearning for more. I drove 30 minutes each way to get my hands on this delectable delicacy. The fufu is the perfect texture. So glad I found this place. Now I don’t have to wait until Nigerian Independence Day (Nigerian Co-worker’s annual party) to indulge in the tasty morsels known as Nigerian cuisine. This place is a MUST try. They have vegan options as well. Go ahead and support this local business.
