Today was my 1st visit to WOW Korean BBQ after finding them on Google. The customer service was very friendly and engaging from when I arrived to when I left. I ordered the brisket, pork belly, cheese cutlet, and the pineapple and everything was excellent. Really enjoyed getting to cook the food myself, with advice from the employees, and liked experimenting with the provided seasoning and sauces. The iced coffee was great as well. I would absolutely come back next time I'm in the area and would recommend it to others as well.
WOW is right! This was my first time at a Korean BBQ and it was more than I expected! They had a good amount of meats and other items to choose from for a fairly decent price. Tommy the waiter kept the items coming and made suggestions as the meal went on and also made sure we were fully taken care of with drinks and clean hot plates. In my opinion I would skip getting the steaks because the other items are better. We tried a good amount of the menu but our favorite items were the bulgogi, brisket, short ribs, and garlic pork belly. It was a great time with friends and was a fun experience overall. I will definitely be going back soon!
A great first time experience for my daughter and I. So much delicious food, great friendly serving phone (I think was her name) was an excellent waitress, she spent time and answered all our questions. The atmosphere was beautiful... It was a little cold and loud 🔊 in the ladies room tho lol but pretty and clean, we lived the inspirational mirror. We will be back!!
I liked this place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Presentation is great and the food is good. Everything in the menu is available to eat as this restaurant is ayce and cook it yourself. They explained how to cook most of the food and helped out when needed.
We went on their first official day and were impressed with how well the quality, quantity, and service blended together. No opening day quirks. Everything was just awesome!
Great variety of meats. Japchae usually tastes.. empty to me? But theirs was delicious! Almost a smoky, fresh taste.
Unlike other AYCE places, here the servers seemed eager and happy to be there and were so quick to help with grill, updating noms.
Pork, spicy steak, galbi etc. were great. No self serve bar - instead you get a surprising amount of side options to choose from! They weren't stingy with the sides.
The little atmospheric touches were great, too. Branded mushroom. Fire hydrant on fireman made me lol. Lots of room. Wasn't too crowded. Parking is OK but it's a little hidden away. I appreciate the efforts to be sustainable re: water, sauces, and napkins.
So full!
