My friend and I traveled 2 hours to Tulsa, OK for the Indian Market being held at the Hard Rock Hotel. Due to a very busy day at work it was fairly late when we arrived at the hotel. When we did arrive all the casino employees were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff at both the Diner and the Flip Flop were helpful, courteous and attentive. Since we had arrived so late we headed straight to the casino and obviously got back to the room later than we anticipated. The next morning we did miss the breakfast buffet that was included with the room because we were never told the time it ended. They did credit the room $10 for the missed breakfast. Since we were going to the Indian Market we needed a late check out. However the hotel management was NOT helpful on this. We requested a 1:00 pm checkout but were told repeatedly that was not an option, despite the many places I found this to be an option on the internet. I feel the very least they could have done was given us a late check out of 1:00 pm since we were staying for the Indian Market and had spent a pretty penny with them already. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
We had a King Suite and our room was awesome! Bed was comfy and my favorite was the jetted tub!! The staff was nice in every area and we had a wonderful time. The food was just okay, and the reason for the four star not a five. The pizza from the food court was bad and the burger we ordered through room service wasn't great either. Everything else was fantastic.
We were guests of the buffet dining room. Excellent servers along with the food staff! The gentleman that was serving in the breakfast area was very charming and attentive. I would rate my experience five stars but due to no bathrooms to change my grandson's diaper...I'm giving you three. The hotel staff gave me a key to the pool area and there was a changing table in the fitness room bathroom......Come on Hard Rock? You can do better than that!
The casino is really accessible compared to going to the boats in Northwest Indiana. Parking is also extremely easy. My favorite part is the buffet. It has a good variety and is a great value at around 20 dollars per person. There's also Toby Keith's bar and grill. Over all nice experience, will definitely return.
We have regular meetings here and they always do a great job. Food can be served buffet style in presentation rooms. Staff are good about replenishing food and clearing guest tables. The Multipurpose room has a main projector screen on stage, but multiple monitors along the walls mirror AV output as well. Bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. We have also used other meeting rooms on the SW corner of the casino, as well as upstairs meeting rooms. All have accommodated us well. Plenty of parking. Looking forward to another training and hotel stay here.
