This is the first and only Pilot/Flying J I have ever visited where I did not complain to management about the filthy condition of the fan in the showers. Most of the fans are caked with crud and dust and obviously haven’t been touched in weeks to months. Kristina said they clean theirs DAILY! So much for other managers lame excuses that it’s on a punch list to be cleaned every two weeks. As a person with dust allergies I truly appreciate the cleanliness of the fan in the showers. Thanks again for a great job!

It was an extremely pleasant visit @ this Pilot!! The service was excellent, and I have to give a special shout out to Joseph!! Despite all the questions he handled the situation with the upmost respect and professionalism!! He made what I thought was a major problem into a simple situation that he handled with concern!! Because of him I was able to deliver my load on time without any issues!! I will forever be grateful to him for that!! I plan on making this Pilot a regular stop for me!! Keep up the great work!!

This place is the best for road trip stops! They have everything you could want. Once every couple months, my family makes a trip to Eureka Springs or Branson and we stop here every time. They're always nice and clean and like I said before, have everything you could want for a road trip

Pilot is one of the least expensive places to buy gasoline in my area. A large soda or coffee is always a available at a reasonable price. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoon sometimes but 2 or 3 cashiers keep things moving.
Wendy's is part of the Pilot here and they serve some tasty food with many choices.
