    My Spicy chicken sandwich and Dave's classic single were made hot and fresh. I don't mind a bit of a longer wait for fresh hot food because the difference between old fast food and fresh food is huge!

    Wendy's commercial during the OU vs TX game made me crave one. So, on Sunday returning from Little Rock, AR I stopped at the Wendy's near/in Roland/Muldrow. I ordered the $5 deal that included a burger. I asked for extra pickles but no cheese, (lactose intolerant), onions or ketchup. Of course I got cheese and when I asked about the extra pickles I was told that the burger came with 2 pickle slices and if I had more than 2 on my burger that was extra pickles. I smiled, chuckled and walk away. Back to the King I will go where I can have it my way.

    The food at this location is on par with other Wendy's locations, but the service is exceptionally slow. I have stopped eating here largely for that reason. Frequently I observe the staff laughing, talking, and eating, rather than working. They are always friendly, but not properly focused on get food to customers in a timely manner.
