    Only place I go for special occasion cakes! Wedding, baby shower, milestone celebration....I take them a picture or we create something there. Everyone loves a cake from Merritt's ????

    Product quality good. Service not that good. Pricey.

    The person on the phone did not act as if she was at all interested in helping me, when i called to order my cake. I ended up ordering online to not have to deal with employee. The cake was good, exactly what i ordered. Employees at store were minimally helpful.
