Always great food. Tonight was no exception. Very favorable soups, consistently tasty sandwiches, even ordered an imaginative mac & cheese.
Food & service were great. Only drawback of the evening was the manager Henry, who was very negative & sarcastic to his employees, even in front of customers. A smile & some positive, encouraging direction would make Henry's & everyone's jobs better & more effective.

We came through the drive through at Panera on 71st and Aspen in Broken Arrow today, 6/16/19 and had Julia helping us. She was amazing. For the like five minutes we were there, she managed to really build rapport with us. We left with big smiles on our faces and wanted to make sure Julia knows how amazing she is! We will come back just to see her.
