I love this gym! It's super clean, super relevant, and it feels like family from day one! Their personal trainers are always on point with the most effective training for your individual needs.

Excellent, quaint, local gym. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can work out at the gym for free on your first visit, and you will get a brief tour of the facility prior to your workout. Membership price is a little steep, but if you are looking for a smaller gym with good hours (24/7), this is the place for you. I will likely cancel my other gym membership and move to this gym.

The best gym I've been a part of by a long shot. It's been like a second home to me since I started going over a year ago. I go to Stillwater for school and I always miss this place back home. I usually go at night when the staff isn't around but I occasionally run into them during the day and they are impeccable. Especially my man Josiah. Look forward to using this place for much longer! Also, their shirts are awesome.

Did the boxing class with Steve, my 1st time, I had no idea how much Cardio was involved and Steve kept your body moving, my nose was running & I was coughing which are all good signs; I was getting my body to the right direction, so motivating and well taught, def. Got my "sweat on" and highly recommend. Great gym, will be back

It's close to everything I enjoy about Broken Arrow. It's never too busy here. Always very clean and well maintained.

24/7 gym with a sauna and heavy bag room.
